We do not offer PayPal, Klarna or credit cards: payment providers largely exclude research chemicals in their terms of use.
Minimum order value: €200 (goods value after discounts, before shipping). Orders are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours of receiving payment. All payments go to ISAD E-COMMERCE SP. Z O.O. We never change our payment details by unsolicited e-mail.
Payment procedure
- You place your order and choose the payment method.
- You receive the order confirmation with the order number and the payment details by e-mail.
- You pay the total (incl. shipping) by SEPA, Revolut or Bitcoin.
- As soon as the payment arrives we confirm by e-mail and ship within 24–48 hours.
- You receive the shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
We send reminders for unpaid orders after 24 and 72 hours; after 7 days without payment the order is cancelled.
Bitcoin in detail
The euro amount is converted into BTC at the current rate when you order; amount, address and QR code (with amount) are then shown on the order page and in the e-mail. Send the amount from your own wallet and enter the transaction ID on the order page. We confirm the payment automatically after the first confirmation on the Bitcoin network. Refunds are made in Bitcoin to an address you provide.
Prices and currency
All prices are in euros and include the statutory VAT of the destination country. Deliveries outside the EU are made without VAT.
Business customers (B2B)
Business customers from other EU member states with a valid VAT ID enter it at checkout. After successful verification (VIES) the order is invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
Refunds
Justified refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method.
