Composition
| Component | Share | Receptor |
|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 No DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) | 50 % | GHRH receptor |
| Ipamorelin | 50 % | Ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) |
Why this combination?
GHRH analogues and ghrelin mimetics stimulate the pituitary through separate receptors; physiological studies showed they release more growth hormone together than apart. Ipamorelin is considered especially selective because it barely raised cortisol and ACTH in animal studies. No controlled study has examined this exact blend.
Status
Neither component is approved; both are on the anti-doping prohibited list. Research use only.
