Terms and Conditions

Important Information: All products sold through peptidkauf.de are classified as laboratory reagents intended for research purposes only. They are NOT dietary supplements, drugs, foods or cosmetics and are NOT intended for human or animal consumption.

§1 General provisions

The online store at www.peptidkauf.de is operated in accordance with these terms and conditions. They govern purchase contracts, complaints and electronic services.

The store sells throughout the EU. EU consumers are subject to their local protection regulations.

Applicable are: Polish Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act, E-Service Act, Dispute Resolution Act and GDPR.

The contract language is German, English and Polish. Disputes are subject to Polish law, with the exception of mandatory consumer protection standards in the country of residence.

§2 Definitions

Customer: User who wishes to conclude or has concluded a purchase contract

Consumer: Natural person who is not acting in a professional/commercial capacity

Business customer: person/organization that is commercially/professionally active

Product: Laboratory reagents available in the store exclusively for research

Purchase contract: Sales contract between customer and seller

Order: Customer submission as a purchase offer

Price: Sales value in the selected currency

§3 Product information and order placement

3.1 General product information

All products are laboratory reagents for research use only – not dietary supplements, drugs, food or cosmetics; not for human/animal consumption. This classification is accepted with the order.

Product information does not constitute a legal offer. By placing an order, the customer submits an offer to purchase.

The seller confirms that all products have the required certificates of analysis (CoA).

The seller is not liable for the consequences of improper use, in particular not for consumption.

3.2 Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include the statutory VAT of the destination country, plus shipping costs according to §6. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are made without VAT. Deliveries to businesses in other EU member states with a valid, verified VAT ID are made without VAT (reverse charge).

The price shown and confirmed when ordering is binding. For payment by Bitcoin we grant a 10 % discount on the goods value.

The minimum order value is €200 of goods (after discounts, before shipping).

For promotional discounts, the lowest price of the previous 30 days is also shown.

3.3 Ordering task

Orders can be placed around the clock using the order form.

Account registration is not required.

Prerequisite for ordering: Terms and conditions read and accepted.

Promotional orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

§4 Conclusion of the purchase contract

The customer places an order in accordance with §3.

The seller shall immediately confirm receipt by e-mail.

This confirmation of receipt binds the customer to the order. It contains: Order confirmation, withdrawal form and GTC with information on the right of withdrawal.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives the confirmation e-mail.

A proof of purchase (invoice with VAT) is sent electronically.

§5 Payment methods

5.1 Available payment methods

• SEPA bank transfer – the bank details are sent by e-mail after the order
• Revolut – the payment details are sent by e-mail after the order
• Bitcoin – wallet address and QR code in the checkout; after paying, the customer submits the transaction ID (txid)

5.2 Payment details

The customer receives the payment details (bank details, Revolut details, Bitcoin address and amount) after placing the order on the order confirmation page and by e-mail. The order number (PK-…) must be used as the payment reference. The seller never changes its payment details by unsolicited e-mail.

For Bitcoin, the euro amount is converted at the current rate when the order is placed; the BTC amount shown at that time applies.

5.3 Terms of payment

All payment methods are prepayment; goods are shipped after payment is received. If no payment is received within 7 days of the order, the order is cancelled.

The seller may restrict payment methods for business customers.

§6 Delivery costs, times and methods

6.1 Shipping costs

One flat rate per shipping zone – above the stated order value shipping is free.

The flat rates are final prices. Within the EU they include the VAT of the destination country; deliveries outside the EU are made without VAT, import charges are paid by the recipient. Free shipping is based on the goods value after discounts.

6.2 Shipping service provider

Parcels are shipped with tracking via DHL or FedEx (depending on the zone).

6.3 Delivery times

Dispatch within 24–48 hours of receiving payment; transit times from dispatch are listed in the table under 6.1. Delivery on working days.

6.4 Shipping countries

Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

6.5 Risk of loss

For consumers: Risk is transferred upon handover to the consumer/named person. For business customers: Risk is transferred upon handover to the carrier.

6.6 Checking the shipment

In the event of loss/damage, business customers are obliged to take the necessary steps to establish the carrier’s liability.

§7 Product complaints and warranty

7.1 Legal warranty

The seller is liable to consumers for any lack of conformity within 2 years of delivery.

Complaints should contain detailed information (type, date of defect, contact details, order number).

The seller shall reply immediately, at the latest 14 days after receipt. No reply shall be deemed as acceptance.

7.2 Rights of the consumer

The consumer may initially demand repair or replacement. Price reduction or withdrawal only in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (e.g. in the event of significant lack of conformity).

If the complaint is justified: the seller shall bear the repair/replacement/shipping costs or refund the purchase price within 14 days.

7.3 Goodwill

Even outside the statutory warranty, the seller shall examine complaints on a case-by-case basis and may offer goodwill in cases of doubt (e.g. credit note, partial refund or replacement delivery), particularly in the case of long-standing customers or cases of particular hardship. There is no legal entitlement to goodwill services.

§8 Right of withdrawal

8.1 General rules

Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without cause.

Product must be returned no later than 14 days after revocation to:

The seller bears the return costs (free return shipment).

The attached withdrawal form (see end of these GTC) can be used to exercise the right of withdrawal.

8.2 Reimbursement of payments

Seller refunds price and standard shipping costs via the same means of payment and in the same currency.

Refund within 14 days after withdrawal. Seller may refuse until product is returned or proof of return is provided.

Additional shipping costs (selected for premium shipping) will not be refunded.

8.3 Start of the withdrawal period

14-day period begins:

• Day on which consumer receives product
• For multiple products: Date of receipt of the last
• For regular deliveries: Day of receipt of the first
• Other contracts: Contract conclusion date

8.4 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for the following deliveries:

• Sealed research peptides whose chemical stability, purity and analytical specification can no longer be guaranteed once the seal has been opened. When the seal is removed (e.g. crimp cap, protective film), the product loses its properties confirmed by the certificate of analysis (CoA) and is no longer marketable for the intended research use. A return is therefore excluded.
• Goods that spoil quickly or whose chemical resistance and expiry date are exceeded shortly after opening.
• Customized products.

Note: The statutory warranty (see §7) remains unaffected by this exclusion. Defective, faulty or non-contractual products can be complained about regardless of the sealing status. In case of doubt, the seller offers goodwill solutions (see §7.3).

8.5 Exchange

Exchange of one product for another is possible within the withdrawal period, provided that the seal of the originally delivered product is intact.

8.6 Impairment

Consumer liable for loss of value beyond normal level of inspection.

8.7 Seller’s right of withdrawal (business customers)

The seller may withdraw from business customer purchase contracts within 14 working days without cause.

§9 Intended use of the products and exclusion of liability

For research use only: Products for in-vitro laboratory testing by qualified professionals only. Customer confirms legitimate research use.

No medical claims: Seller makes no therapeutic/diagnostic/medical claims. Product descriptions are informative/educational only, not advice.

Customer Responsibility: Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that purchase, import, possession and use comply with all local laws. Seller not liable for violations of law.

No liability for improper use: Seller not liable for damages/injuries/losses from non-research related use (incl. consumption, self-administration).

Age restriction: Only for persons aged 18 and over. Customer confirms age with order.

Handling and storage: Customer responsible for proper handling, storage, disposal according to safety data sheets and laboratory practices.

§10 Electronic services

10.1 Types of electronic services

The service provider offers:

1. Product purchase contracts (order form)
2. Customer account
3. Product rating system

10.2 Conditions

Services are free of charge.

Order form contract: Fixed-term contract, ends with order or termination. Account contract: Open-ended.

10.3 Technical requirements

Required: Computer/mobile device with Internet connection, e-mail account, web browser with cookies/JavaScript enabled.

10.4 Obligations of the user

Users must use the store in accordance with the law, respect personal and property rights, provide truthful information and not make any illegal content available.

§11 Complaints regarding electronic services

Complaints by e-mail to [email protected].

Complaint should contain details with type, date, contact details.

The service provider shall process the request immediately, at the latest 14 days after receipt.

§12 Termination of contracts for electronic services

Open-ended contracts (account) can be terminated.

Users can cancel with immediate effect, without cause, via e-mail.

Service provider can terminate with 7 days’ notice in the event of breaches of general terms and conditions.

Service provider can terminate business customer contracts immediately, without cause.

§13 Intellectual property

All website content is protected by copyright, the property of ISAD E-COMMERCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.

Unauthorized use of content constitutes copyright infringement and can be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.

Trade names/logos are proprietary marks, used for identification purposes only.

§14 Personal data and data protection

Data controller: ISAD E-COMMERCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1, 60-521 Poznań, Poland.

Data processing in accordance with GDPR and Polish data protection law.

Detailed information in the privacy policy (purposes, legal basis, retention periods, rights, cookies).

Data provision is voluntary, but may be required for services/orders.

§15 Final provisions

Contracts are subject to Polish law. EU consumers are subject to mandatory local protection provisions (Rome I).

Amendments to the GTC are binding after proper notification (e-mail/website), unless the user cancels within 14 days.

In the event of legal incompatibility, mandatory statutory provisions shall apply.

Dispute resolution first by negotiation. Jurisdiction:

• Consumers: Court at domicile
• Business customers: Court at the seller’s domicile
