Answers to what we are asked most often, from payment and shipping to lab reports and storage. Question not listed? Write to us via the contact page.

Ordering, payment & shipping

Which payment methods are available?

SEPA transfer, Revolut and Bitcoin. For SEPA and Revolut we send you the payment details by e-mail after your order. For Bitcoin you find the wallet address and QR code right in the checkout – with 10 % off the goods value. The recipient is always the company named in the imprint.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value is €200 of goods (after discounts, before shipping). Once your cart reaches this value you can go to checkout.

From what order value is shipping free?

Within Germany from €250, to all other shipping zones from €350. Below that, flat rates of €4.99 (Germany), €12.99 (EU zone 1), €19.99 (EU zone 2) and €29.95 (other countries) apply. All zones are listed on the shipping page.

How fast is delivery?

We ship within 24–48 hours of receiving payment. Delivery takes 1–2 working days in Germany, 2–6 working days within the EU and 5–10 working days to other countries. Packaging is discreet and neutral.

How does paying with Bitcoin work?

Choose Bitcoin at checkout. After placing the order you see the exact BTC amount, our address and a QR code. Send the amount from your wallet and enter the transaction ID (txid) on the order page. After the first network confirmation the payment is booked automatically.

Do you offer PayPal, Klarna or credit cards?

No. Payment providers largely exclude research chemicals in their terms of use.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Please report transport damage within 48 hours with photos to [email protected]. We send a replacement or refund the amount.

Lab reports and quality

What is in the lab report?

The independent laboratory, batch number, analysis date, HPLC purity, measured peptide amount and a verification key. A line-by-line guide: peptide purity.

How do I check that a report is genuine?

Use the verification key to retrieve the report from the laboratory and compare it with the PDF on our site. All reports are in the lab report archive.

Does the report apply to my vial?

Yes, if the batch number on your vial matches the one in the report.

Why is the measured amount sometimes different from the label?

The powder contains counter-ions and residual water besides the peptide. For accurate concentrations use the measured amount; the peptide calculator helps.

Storage and handling

How do I store the vials?

Keep freeze-dried peptides dry, dark and cold, most at −20 °C. The storage class is on every product page.

Does shipping at room temperature harm them?

No. Lyophilisates are stable for several days at room temperature; after arrival they belong in the fridge or freezer.

How long does a prepared solution keep?

Usually days to a few weeks refrigerated, depending on the peptide. For longer storage freeze aliquots and avoid repeated thawing.

What are your products intended for?

Exclusively research and laboratory purposes. They are not medicines, supplements or cosmetics and not for human or animal use.

Why is there no dosing information?

It would present a laboratory reagent as a medicine, and for most research peptides there are no tested human doses. We describe the study evidence instead.

Who can order?

Adult buyers who confirm that they purchase exclusively for research and laboratory purposes.
