The flat rates are final prices. Within the EU they include the VAT of the destination country; deliveries outside the EU are made without VAT, import charges are paid by the recipient. Free shipping is based on the goods value after discounts.
The minimum order value is €200 of goods (after discounts, before shipping).
Carriers and tracking
All parcels are shipped with tracking (DHL or FedEx depending on the zone). You receive the tracking number by e-mail and can check the status at any time under order status.
Packaging
We ship discreetly, sealed and with desiccant in neutral packaging without visible product names. Lyophilised products are stable in transit; please store them cool and dry after receipt (see storage & handling).

Damaged parcels and risk of loss
Please report transport damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos to [email protected]. We send a replacement or refund the amount.
For consumers, the risk of loss passes on handover to the consumer or a named person; for business customers on handover to the carrier.
