- Short amino-acid chains produced as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research and preclinical models. They are not medicines, foods or cosmetics.
- May I buy them?
- That depends on the substance and the intended use, for example under medicines or anti-doping law. We only sell to buyers who confirm with every order that they are of age and buy exclusively for research and laboratory purposes. The buyer is responsible for the specific use.
- What don't we sell?
- No medicines and no ready-to-use preparations. We give no dosing or usage advice and do not supply for use in humans or animals.

We ship within 24–48 hours of payment. Transit to Germany is 1–2 working days with DHL, 2–6 working days to the rest of the EU – always tracked.
Are there customs or import duties?
Not within the EU: we ship from Poland, the goods stay in the EU single market and your country's VAT is included in the price. Only for deliveries outside the EU, e.g. Switzerland or the United Kingdom, may the recipient pay import charges.
How can I pay?
By SEPA transfer, Revolut or Bitcoin (−10 % on the goods value). You receive our bank details by e-mail after ordering; the Bitcoin address is shown right in the checkout. The minimum order is €200.00.
How do I store the vials?
Lyophilized peptides are stable in transit. After receipt store them dry, protected from light and cold; the exact temperature – usually −20 °C – is on every product page.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. You receive a receipt showing your delivery country's VAT by e-mail. Companies from another EU country with a valid VAT ID order without VAT (reverse charge).
Can I return sealed vials?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt as long as the seal is intact; returns are free. Opened vials are excluded from withdrawal because purity and specification can no longer be guaranteed. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

We ship from Poland within the European Union, so orders from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the other EU countries involve no customs formalities; your country's VAT is included and shown on the receipt. Delivery to Germany takes one to two working days with DHL, free from €250.
