What is CJC-1295 No DAC?

The first 29 amino acids of natural GHRH are enough to stimulate growth hormone release, but this fragment is degraded within minutes. Mod GRF 1-29 replaces four amino acids (positions 2, 8, 15 and 27) to improve stability.

With or without DAC?

CJC-1295 with DAC carries a 'drug affinity complex' that binds albumin in the blood and keeps it in circulation for days, whereas the No DAC form acts briefly and models pulsatile release. See CJC-1295 DAC vs. No DAC. Human data exist mainly for the DAC version, whose development as a medicine was stopped.
