Structure
CJC-1295 DAC is the tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) analogue Mod GRF 1-29 carrying a maleimide group on a C-terminal linker, which reacts with Cys34 of serum albumin.
State of research
Studies examined sustained growth hormone release and the rise in IGF-1 after single doses; preclinically, the pharmacokinetics of albumin-bound peptides.
Status
CJC-1295 DAC is not approved as a medicinal product and is on the WADA Prohibited List.
