What is Gonadorelin?
Gonadorelin is identical to native GnRH (pGlu-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-Gly-Leu-Arg-Pro-Gly-NH₂). It stimulates the release of LH and FSH from the pituitary.

State of research
The structure of GnRH was solved in 1971; Andrew Schally and Roger Guillemin received the 1977 Nobel Prize for this work. Gonadorelin is identical to the hormone and thus the starting point for all later analogues.
The key research theme is the pulse pattern: given in pulses, GnRH stimulates the pituitary; given continuously, the receptors desensitise and the hormonal axis is suppressed. Medicines use this principle with more stable analogues. Gonadorelin itself serves in diagnostics and veterinary medicine; in the lab it is used to study the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
Status and quality
Gonadorelin is approved as a diagnostic or veterinary medicine and is on the WADA Prohibited List for men. The material offered here is not a medicinal product. Peptidkauf sells Gonadorelin solely as a research reagent for laboratory and in-vitro use and gives no dosing or application advice.
An independent laboratory tests every batch for purity (HPLC), identity and measured content before it goes on sale; the reports and their verification keys are in the lab report archive. The material ships as lyophilised powder in a glass vial; storage and laboratory handling are covered under storage & handling.
