What is hexarelin?
Hexarelin (His-D-2-Me-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, 887.0 g/mol) differs from GHRP-6 only by a methyl group on tryptophan, which markedly raises stability and potency.
Research status
Hexarelin releases growth hormone very strongly, but the response fades with repeated dosing. Of particular interest are cardiovascular effects, partly mediated through CD36 independently of growth hormone.
Status
Not approved and on the anti-doping prohibited list. Research use only.
